Maksida Vogt's Workshop in Austria

We are pleased to introduce the report about workshop in Austria. It was one joy to be among like minded people, people who do not close their eyes in front of suffering of horses but who are ready, actively with us to contribute to the improvement of the conditions they live in...

We are pleased to introduce the report about workshop in Austria. It was one joy to be among like minded people, people who do not close their eyes in front of suffering of horses but who are ready, actively with us to contribute to the improvement of the conditions they live in. It is encouraging, that the new way to interact with a horse is spreading, it is encouraging that so many people feel like we do and have followed traditional way only out of lack of knowledge, only because there was no alternative. But now we know more, and now we can not look over it, and it is very nice to know... we are not alone.
 
We took the time to analyse the interaction with horses and how to put theory in the practice. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Of course we do not want to forget theory as one should know why you are doing what you are doing.

We have found some time to take a look at the hooves of the horses. On this photos is Maggi, one year old foal, the hooves were never trimmed. Maggi does not know halter or any force. We have tried to let her live this feeling further and to trimm hooves without to tie or to force her, like we live it here in Academia.
 
 
 
 
 
 
We took the horses for the walk through the forest to be able to see how horses react (for some of them it was the first time to go this way) and to be able to make opinion about relationship between human and horse in order to be able to give advice for the further interaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Inbetween and at last day we had long grooming session with all horses.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Sabrina told us already about Berik and hier Berik invites her to grooming for the very first time.
