I came late to the horses and started in the usual way with classical dressage. After short time I have recognized this can not be the way and tried to teach my horse bitless and then free the elements. My knowledge in NLP, psycho kinesiology and psyche in general has leaded me very soon to the realisation how this can be accomplished. During my work as Dean and Representative in the International School of Nevzorov Haute Ecole, I developed Haute Ecole lessons and deepened my understanding of old Haute Ecole and how the the true liberty training in high equine education should look like.

The idea to found this Academia was born out of realizaion that there is no such organization in the world which would work in this way for the welfare of horses AND humans. I would not even like to speak about nuisances where the horses are misused, like for example in equestrian sport, I think this should be obvious for everyone who wants to see it.

There are certainly few people who have recognized this and are trying to help horses and help people to understand the way horses are treated, the way they are used is not acceptable, should not be acceptable for any human who is able to feel even one spark of humanity in himself. We are working towards international cooperation with people and organizations who possess this awareness.

We go even one step further and are convinced, the horse is not to be used at all by human for the desires any kind. The horse is not to serve us or to be used to stroke humans ego in his eagerness to achieve and show results, but is a living being who’s nature and natural needs have to be respected. The cause of the problem how horses are used and treated is mainly in the inability of human to have fulfiled and harmonious life without need to use another creature to achieve this. Here is our main motivation, to help people to recognize this and to show them the way how it can be done. Only one psychlogicaly healthy human, centred in himself, having an ease of mind is not tempted to use the horse for any egoistic desire or result. Everything else, friendship with the horse, liberty work, Haute Ecole elements… everything becomes another quality. I would rather say, only then it becomes quality at all.

When horse has a choice, when he is able to refuse without fear to be punished, when horse can live one species appropriate life, according to his nature and from this basis decides freely to rather prefer to be and work with us. Only this is the real evidence for our development, faculty and talent.

Everything else is and stays manipulation.
